Avocado peels

The chicken eggs will provide calcium and minerals while the coffee is a source of nitrogen. Avocado peels have a variety of vitamins. Heat your oven to 350 degrees. In fact I bake this mixture with other foods to save energy. By the time the avocado peels are dry and crispy the egg shells and coffee grounds will be ready as well. Allow the ingredients to cool completely before blending in a spice or coffee bean grinder. Store the dry mix in a jar or tupperware until you are ready to use.
